9:00 - 9:30 Coffee for on-site participants

Arrive at the event venue, take a moment to get oriented, grab a hot beverage, and connect with other participants. We want to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone on-site. Thank you for your participation!🤗

9:30 - 10:00 Hybrid Hackathon Opening and Competition Intro (🎥 streamed live)

The event will kick-off with some opening words streamed live to our remote participants. We will give a quick overview of the structure of the day and explain in detail how the competition will work and how teams can bring their code into our simulator.

10:00 - 12:30 Part 1: Onboarding & Warm-up (2.5 hours)

In the first round, participants will get acquainted with the competition environment and can begin to implement their strategies. This is the perfect opportunity to warm up, test your approaches, and prepare for the second round.

12:30 - 13:30 Lunch break - Buffet for on-site participants

All participants will be able to relax a bit until the next part starts and on-site participants can enjoy the buffet and drinks.

13:30 - 15:30 Part 2: Sustainability (2 hours)

The second round is where the real competition happens. This is the decisive round, where the best strategies and implementations will come to light. The top performers in this round will be crowned the winners of the hackathon.

15:30 - 16:00 Afternoon snacks and coffee for on-site participants

On-site participants are welcome to grab a coffee and some pastries at our buffet.

16:00 - 16:30 Winners Announcement and Closing Words (🎥 streamed live)

We will conclude the day with a short recap and will announce the winning teams.
